1. The company Avanti based in Elblag, Poland keeps the internet shop on the web site www.Skarpetkowo.pl.
2. Prices of the goods are given in PLN/EUR/USD/GBP according to your choice and include the VAT tax.

ORDERING AND EXECUTION OF ORDERS

3. The Skarpetkowo.pl website is provided for personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Skarpetkowo.pl and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Poland.
4. Please check your order summary details to ensure the items and delivery addresses are correct. Should there be any errors then please contact us immediately.
5. We reserve the right to stop the execution of the orders. In such cases the customer will be informed about the reasons as soon as possibile.
6. The ordered goods are delivered to the address given by the customer in the order form.
7. Cost of shipment are covered by the customer, unless we take another decision. Our shipping and returns page makes up part of these terms and conditions.
8. For your protection we never share your information or pass your details on to any third parties for marketing purposes.
9. We accept cash on delivery for the orders dispatched within the territory of Poland. For orders dispatched overseas we require PayPal or bank transfer.
10. We will reject an order if money are not transferred to our bank account or with PayPal within 5 working days.
11. Items remain the property of Skarpetkowo.pl until paid in full.

GUARANTIES AND COMPLAINTS
Each complaint is considered individually.

12. The goods might be returned to the shop if they were not used and damaged. The returned goods have to have the original and not damaged package.
13. All costs concerning the goods return are covered by the customer. We do not accept the cash on delivery for the returned goods.
14. The goods that were damaged during the operational use or during the transport from the customer are not a subject of complaint. The customer is responsible for the proper protection of the returned goods.
